Harlow CDA is located at 2 Wych Elm, Harlow, Essex, which is a collection of business units just north of The High (the main shopping area in Harlow). The reception usually is open from 10am until 3pm - ask for the Harlow CDA. When the reception is closed please ring the bell.
By Car
Follow the many signs across the town to the Drop-In Health Centre (which is next door), or the Town Centre. Parking is possible at the car park opposite, see below for charges.
By Train
Get the train to Harlow Town station and then get a bus to the Town Centre, or take a refreshing walk up hill along Fifth Avenue (take around 20 minutes!). At the second roundabout go right along Fourth Avenue, then take the second right turn into Hamstel Road, as below.
By Foot
The Rainbow Centre in Wych Elm is a short walk from Harlow Town Centre (the High). The best pedestrian route is to go to the north end of the town and take the route on the left of the Wetherspoon public house (called "The William Alymer"). Cross at the pedestrian crossing to the right of the Total garage, and use the Pelican lights to cross Fourth Avenue. It is best to follow the footpath to the left, and turn first right up Hamstel Road, heading for the Drop-In Health Centre. Unit 2 Wych Elm is the next unit to the Health Centre, and is clearly marked "the Rainbow Centre".
Car Parking Charges
There is a car park opposite the Rainbow Centre. Current charges are (correct at 20th February 2008):
